Descriptive Data Analysis

1.  Collect data for 4 variables (characteristics) that might be "tied" to each other.   The series can be numerical or categorical and must include either (a) one dependent variable (influenced by the others) and three causal variables, or (b) three dependent variables and one causal variable that influeces the others.  Be sure to detail the source(s) for the data.

2.  Create a table and chart that describes how each variable is distributed.

3.  For numerical variables, discuss where the numbers are centered, how much they vary and whether they are symmetrically distributed.
