Iona College P.A.S.S. Program - Promoting Academic Sucess of Student Athletes

• 118 student-athletes earned a spot on the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference's 2005-06 Academic Honor Roll. To be eligible for the Honor Roll, student-athletes must be enrolled in their second academic year and must have achieved at least a 3.20 grade point average.

• Approximately 1 in 2 student-athletes have a cumulative grade point average of 3.00 or higher.

• Since the inception of the P.A.S.S. program in 1998, Iona's approximately 400 student-athletes have averaged over a 3.00 grade point average each year, reaching a 3.09 during the Fall 2005 and reaching a 3.12 during the Spring 2006.
