WOMEN'S BASKETBALL - SKILLS CLINIC

The Iona College women's basketball team visited St. John the Baptist in Yonkers on November 9th for their second community service initiative of the year. Several Iona sharpshooters instructed more than a dozen 6th-graders on the fundamentals of shooting, passing, defense and court awareness. The youngsters from St. John the Baptist enjoyed great prizes at the end of the clinic and promised to be regulars at women’s basketball games this coming season.
