Your Gift at Work

Your Gift at Work
Dr. Devlin and Students

Annual Fund gifts provide unrestricted support to Iona. Capital gifts are targeted toward specific projects, such as new buildings or building renovations. Gifts to the Annual Fund help to cover the day-to-day expenses of operating a college.

While the College is committed to holding down the rate of tuition increases, it is the support of loyal alumni, parents, faculty, staff, friends and local businesses that help the College meet its ongoing need for flexible, unrestricted income.

Some examples of your gift at work include:

Your $2,500 membership in the President's Club will underwrite the purchase of a computer for one of Iona's student labs or libraries. Iona has almost 450 computers available for student research and study.

Your gift of $1,500 will provide 150 hours of tutoring for students in the Samuel Rudin Academic Resource Center. Each year Iona provides almost 8,000 hours of tutoring.

Your membership in the President's Club with a gift of $1,000 will allow a student to volunteer to help those in need for one week, through Iona in Mission, to places such as Appalachia, Bonita Springs, Florida and a Navajo reservation in Arizona.

Your gift of $150 will cover the average annual subscription cost of one of the Library's 719 periodicals.

Ask your company to match your gift. View more information on matching gifts.

Donations to the College are tax-deductible. Soon after we receive your gift, you will receive an acknowledgement letter for tax purposes.
