What is the payroll deduction program?

• An easy way to give back to the Annual Fund.
• An affordable way to donate a gift by making small monthly payments from your paycheck before applicable taxes.
• Donors pledge a gift to the Annual Fund and a minimum of $5 is evenly distributed per pay period. The program runs between July 1 and June 30. Donations are deducted the following pay period after enrollment. Click here for a sample giving chart.
• There are 26 pay periods for staff and 12 pay periods for faculty members for each fiscal year between July 1 and June 30.

Does my contribution automatically renew for the next year fiscal year?

• Donors have an option at enrollment to participate in a multi-year pledge to the Annual Fund. For more information about multi-year pledges contact Kara Brennan, Director of The President's Club and Annual Giving, at ext. 2410.
• Donors who do not participate in multi-year pledges will be asked to renew their gift through payroll deductions at the start of the new fiscal year on July 1.

Who is eligible for payroll deductions?

• All full-time employees.
• Part-time employees are not eligible to participate in the program. However, they can schedule automatic credit and or debit payments to give on a monthly or bi-monthly basis by contacting Kara Brennan, Director of The President's Club and Annual Giving, at ext. 2410.
