Tribute Card Form (PDF)

Here’s a great way to honor, memorialize or recognize someone special. Iona College’s Tribute Cards provides a meaningful way to commemorate a life event or pay tribute to someone who has passed on.

For each Tribute Card, we will send a card to the honored individual or family, of course keeping the amount confidential.

Your donation (minimum of $10) will go to support Iona’s Annual Fund, which provides programs and services to help Iona students flourish during their time at Iona.

Please return the Tribute Card Form by mail or fax, or call our toll free number, 1 (888) 448-3466, during business hours (8:30 am - 4:30 pm) and our staff will be happy to assist you. You can simply make a pledge over the phone and forward your payment or you can charge a gift to your major credit card.
