Tribute Card Form (PDF)

Here’s a great way to honor, memorialize or recognize someone special. Iona College’s Tribute Cards provides a meaningful way to commemorate a life event or pay tribute to someone who has passed on.

For each Tribute Card, we will send a card to the honored individual or family, of course keeping the amount confidential.

Your donation (minimum of $10) to support's Iona College's Annual Fund, which provides programs and services to help Iona students flourish.

Please return the Tribute Card Form by mail or fax, or call (914) 633-2003, during business hours (8:30 am - 4:30 pm) and our staff will be happy to assist you. Or use the Online Giving Form.
