Welcome to the Office of Human
Resources.
Human Resources assists in recruiting prospective employees
(staff/administrator level only) and administers the College's benefit and
compensation packages.
If you have any questions feel free to stop
by the Human Resources Department during office hours (8:30 am
to 4:30 pm; Fridays until noon) to speak to a Human Resources
representative.

The mission of the Human Resources Department
is to support the mission of Iona College through commitment, dedicated
employee relations and excellent service to our employees.
The department
seeks to further establish uniform policies and procedures that
guide department heads in daily operations and also ensure compliance
with governmental regulations.
