Iona College has established the Center for the Enhancement of Learning and Teaching at Iona College (CELTIC), which
will provide Iona faculty with training, resources, programs, events, and grants
to enhance teaching effectiveness and student learning.
CELTIC will offer a variety of programs including a teaching/learning lecture series, workshops and discussions on various topics, development of a resource library, a program for awards of faculty grants, a technology mentor program, and other offerings.

Faculty Advisory Committee
The Faculty Advisory Committee selects topics to be addressed in CELTIC's lecture series and seminars; develops recommendations for the specific nature of the faculty awards and grants; and recommends the recipients of those awards and grants to the Provost.

Where is Celtic Located?
The Center is located on the second floor of the Ryan Library Building. CELTIC has a separate entrance of double white doors with the sign "Center for the Enhancement of Learning and Teaching at Iona College" over the doors.
Office Hours
Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
During the summer, Friday hours are 9:00 am to 1:00 pm, beginning Memorial Day weekend through the last week of August. Monday through Thursday hours remain 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
