The Center for the Enhancement of Learning and Teaching at Iona College works with the faculty to promote the innovative and effective use of educational technologies and to solve problems with information and media.

CELTIC provides the Iona faculty with resources, training, and consultation covering the full range of information and communication media. Faculty members are strongly encouraged to contact CELTIC for help with the online or other media components of their courses.

CELTIC offers a variety of programs including a teaching/learning lecture series, workshops and discussions on various topics, a resource library, and a program for awards of faculty grants.

Where is CELTIC Located?

The Center is attached to the second floor of the Ryan Library Building. CELTIC has a separate entrance of double white doors with the sign "Center for the Enhancement of Learning and Teaching at Iona College" over the doors.

Hours

Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Please contact to arrange a meeting outside of these hours.

During the summer, Friday hours are 9:00 am to 1:00 pm, beginning Memorial Day weekend through the last week of August.
