Blackboard Maintenance
Blackboard releases regular updates and hot fixes for a variety of "bugs". The bugs cause problems for some faculty and students using the system. We would like to improve service to the community by installing the fixes in a timely fashion. Applying fixes can require a few minutes or several hours of down time for Blackboard. The CELTIC Faculty Advisory Committee and the Committee on Information Technology and Computing Services approved a Blackboard scheduled maintenance plan for the 2011-2012 academic year. Blackboard will be down from 11:30 pm Sunday evening through 4:30 am Monday morning on specified dates. Maintenance days are: November 20, 2011, December 18, 2011, January 22, 2012, February 19, 2012, March 18, 2012, April 15, 2012, June 17, 2012, and July 15, 2012.
