Search for Media in the library catalog (Tip: Limit your search to "Videos and DVDs")

The multimedia collection is comprised of audio cassettes, filmstrips, slides, video tapes, and DVDs which support and supplement various academic programs and courses. The material is available for student, faculty, administration and staff use. These items must be requested at the Ryan Library Help Desk.

Among the many titles are the series Ethics in America, Civilization, The Long Search, The Art of the Western World, A Century of Women, The Americas, The World of Abnormal Psychology, and The World of Chemistry.

All multimedial materials (except those for classroom use) are to be used in the library. Normally, audio-visual materials viewed as part of a class assignment are placed on reserve for the semester.

There are two rooms available in the Library for video presentations: the 308 technology classroom on the 3rd floor and the lecture hall. Faculty wishing to use these facilities should fill out the Room Reservation Form. Requests are made on a first come, first served basis. Please submit requests at least forty-eight (48) hours in advance.

There are also three TV/VCR/DVD players in the Ryan Periodicals Room for individual viewing.
