And everyone at the library! The staff of Ryan (where I am at most) is always friendly and always there to help. I cannot tell you how appreciative I am. One example: thanks to some of the staff at Ryan, I was able to get copies done for a very big, important micro-teaching assignment. The copy machine wasn't working well for me. BUT luckily someone helped me right away up until everything was complete. Again, thanks for all the help and thank you for the gift card!!
