Where is the IT Help Desk?

The IT Help Desk and staff is temporarily located on the lower level of McSpedon Hall. Walk-in hours are:

Monday - Thursday   8:00 am - 7:00 pm
Friday   8:00 am - 1:00 pm
Saturday - Sunday   CLOSED
Please check this site often for updates.

Help Desk services are also available at Helen T. Arrigoni Library & Technology Center. The hours are:

Monday - Thursday   8:00 am - 10:00 pm
Friday   8:00 am - 4:00 pm
Saturday - Sunday   9:00 am - 4:00 pm

Laptop support will not be available at the Arrigoni Help Desk

Where do I go if I need help with my laptop?

Please visit the temporary IT Help Desk located on the Lower Level of McSpedon Hall. Laptops support is available:

Monday - Thursday   9:00 am - 5:00 pm
Friday   9:00 am - 12:30 pm

Walk-up laptop support is also available at the Arrigoni Library Help Desk during these hours:

Monday - Thursday   6:30 pm - 10:30 pm
Friday   5:00 pm - 8:30 pm

Please note library materials will be retrieved from Ryan Library Monday-Friday only. Please wait for a confirmation before picking up the item at the Arrigoni Library.
Visit the Arrigoni Library and request the item in person. Monday - Thursday 8:30 am - 8:45 pm and Friday 8:30 am - 2:30 pm. Please expect a 15-30 minute wait for items requested in person.

Is CELTIC open for faculty?
CELTIC will remain open weekday from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm as usual providing services to faculty. Please check the CELTIC web site for announcements of brief, temporary relocation of CELTIC staff due to construction interruptions.
