Where do I go if I need help with my laptop?
Walk-up laptop support and laptop drop-off/pick-up is available at the temporary IT Help Desk located in McSpedon. Laptop support is available in McSpedon:

- You can return materials at Ryan Library, the Helen T. Arrigoni Library/Technology Center or use the book drop located in the front of Ryan Library.
- Where do I pick-up InterLibrary Loan items?
- You can pick up InterLibrary Loan items at main desk in the Ryan Library lobby.
- Is CELTIC open for faculty?
- CELTIC will remain open as usual providing services to faculty. Please check the CELTIC web site for announcements of brief, temporary relocation of CELTIC staff due to power outages, or other construction interruptions. In these cases, CELTIC staff members will be located in McSpedon GR 20, and can be contacted by phone on extension 2146.

Disruptive construction work may take place in Ryan Library Monday-Friday 7:30 am-3:30 pm. If you are interested in quiet study space outside of the library please visit:
- North and South Halls 1st Floor Study rooms
- Loftus Hall Second Floor Study Room
- Rice Hall ground floor computer area
- LaPenta Student Union: Any student seeking a quiet study area should see the Building Manager in the front lobby and they will be directed to an available conference room.

- Group study space is available in the Helen Arrigoni Library/Technology Center, the lounge area located on the ground floor of Hagan Hall, the Murphy Hall lounge and the Lapenta Vending Areas. Please check this site for additional information on group study space.

- Please drop-off items to be placed on course reserve at the main desk in the lobby of Ryan Library.

- All Course reserves will be available at the Helen T. Arrigoni Library & Technology Center. No course reserves will be housed at Ryan Library.
- Can I reserve the Lecture Hall or Technology Classroom 308 for the fall semester?
- At this time we are not taking reservations for the Lecture Hall or Technology Classroom 308. We will be continuously assessing the comfort and accessibility of these spaces and once they are determined acceptable we will resume taking reservations.

- There is a TV/VCR located at the Helen T. Arrigoni Library/Technology Center and a TV/VCR is located in the Ryan Reference Room (in carrel behind 1st walk-up Mac). Library users can view DVDs on any library computer.
