Searching for an author in the library catalog

Perhaps you want to compare two books by Ernest Hemingway. Maybe you read one book by Toni Morrison and you enjoyed it so much you want to read another.

In either case, you will want to find books written by these authors, and the best way to do it is to search our library catalog using the author's name.

The only trick to this is remembering to put the author's last name first.

For example:
hemingway ernest
morrison toni

You don't have to capitalize the name, and no punctuation is required.
