Important points to remember about finding articles:

magazines, journals and newspapers - the sources for articles - are referred to as periodicals
it's important to be able to recognize the differences between popular and scholarly periodicals
you use articles or databases to locate articles by subject
somedatabases contain the full text of articles and some do not
you can use Academic Search Elite to locate articles on a variety of subjects
you can find many articles that are indexed in Academic Search Elite in Ryan, Arrigoni, and Rockland Libraries
