ABI/INFORM Complete (via ProQuest) 1971+
Contains over 1600 business-related journals, many in full-text. Also includes ABI Dateline and Trade & Industry.

Academic Search Elite (via Ebscohost) 1984+
A large, multidisciplinary database that indexes and abstracts over 3,200 popular and scholarly journals in all fields of study. Full-text is available for more than half of these journals.

ACM Digital Library 1954+
Full-text of all publications from the Association for Computing Machinery. Also includes the Online Guide to Computing Literature, a separate database indexing and abstracting thousands of journal articles, books, and other publications.

ACS Web Editions 1879+
From the American Chemical Society, Web Editions consists of the full-text over 30 ACS journals from volume 1 to the present, covering all aspects of chemistry.

AgeLine (AARP) 1966+
A free database containing abstracts of journal articles and other publications relating to all aspects of aging and gerontology.

AGRICOLA
Access to the National Agricultural Library book and article databases. The Journal Article Citation Index contains citations to articles from thousands of journals.

American Memory Collection
American Memory is a free resource of digital images, documents, audio, and video embracing all aspects of American history and culture. Provides access to over 7 million digital reproductions of primary sources from over 100 important historical collections from the Library of Congress.

Annual Reviews 1996+ (dates vary)
Scholarly coverage of 12 disciplines in the sciences and social sciences. Articles provide evaluations of recent advances in the primary research literature and include comprehensive bibliographies. Back issues are availabe in print format.

AP Images
Contains current photos and graphics from the Associated Press and extensive archives of historical images.

AP Stylebook
The online AP Stylebook offers the most recent version of the Stylebook for searching or browsing.

ATLA Religion (via Ebscohost) 1949+ Access limited to one user at a time.
From the American Theological Library Association, this database offers abstracts to over 1500 journals (600 current), book reviews, and essay collections in all fields relating to religious study.

Britannica Online
Provides the full-text of the Encyclopedia Britannica, as well as the Merriam-Webster Collegiate Dictionary and Thesaurus.

Business Source Elite (via Ebscohost) 1985+
Mainly full-text coverage of over 1700 journals in the fields of business, management, and economics. Also includes thousands of Datamonitor company profiles.

Full-text archive of over 400 core scholarly journals in the humanities, social sciences, and business. Coverage generally ends 3-5 years before the current year. Journals can be browsed individually or searched as a group. The purchase of JSTOR Arts & Sciences Collections I, II, III was funded through the Institute of Museum and Library Services by an Act of Congress, in accordance with the FY 2005 Consolidated Appropriations Bill.

MLA International Bibliography (via Ebscohost) 1926+
Citations to 1.7 million article from over 4400 journals pertaining to literature, language, linguistics, and folklore. Also covers relevant books, working papers, proceedings, bibliographies, and other formats. Citations and subject headings, with some full-text. Also contains the MLA Directory of Periodicals.

NASW Clinical Register (via WebSPIRS)
NASW Register of Clinical Social Workers, 10th Edition, provides a listing of clinical social workers who have met national standards for education and experience.

National Criminal Justice Research Service 1970+
This free resource offers abstracts of journal articles as well as federal, state, and local government reports, books, and research studies. Also includes a separate search for available full-text publications.

National Library of Medicine Gateway
Searches a variety of government databases including MEDLINE, OLDMEDLINE, MEDLINEplus, LOCATORplus, ClinicalTrials.gov, and DIRLINE.

Naxos Music Library
Over 85,000 streaming recordings of classical music, as well as jazz, folk, new age, and Chinese music.

netLibrary
Thousands of e-books ranging from reference books, to scholarly monographs, to computers manuals, that may be "checked-out" and read online. Users may also search the ORION catalog to find books in Iona's netLibrary collection.

Project Gutenberg
Over 12,000 electronic books freely available (most written before 1925).

ProQuest databases
This searches all of the databases the Library subscribes to through the ProQuest interface at the same time (ABI/INFORM, Research Library, Criminal Justice Periodicals, ProQuest Newspapers). *This will not search the New York Times Historical Newspapers database.*

Primary Search (via Ebscohost)
Primary Search (for elementary school students) provides partial full-text for more than 150 popular magazines for elementary school research and for curriculum development. All full-text articles are assigned a reading level indicator (Lexiles).

A publicly available resource providing full-text access to 150+ life science journals. Some journals have a six month to one year delay period before recent issues become available.

SEC EDGAR
Provides public access to the full-text of documents filed by companies with the Securities and Exchange Commission. These include annual reports on form 10-K, quarterly reports on form 10-Q, and many more. Also search Lexis and Mergent for more SEC filings and company information.
