1) Find an article by browsing or searching ACM journals. 2) Click on the article title to get the citation. Find the DOI (Digital Object Identifier) number and url near the bottom of the citation. It will look like:

1) Find an article which has the full text available. 2) Click on the article title to go to the citation information
(NOT the full-text link). At the bottom of the citation information

Ebsco EJS (Electronic Journal Service)
1) Ebsco EJS provides access to journals Iona already subscribes to in print format. 2) Find an article by browsing or searching journals. Click on an
article title to get citation information. The last citation field
is URL. Copy the url. *Important note: Some journals in Ebsco EJS are actually links to the publishers' websites or to Ingenta (another journal service). Make sure you are able to view the full text before creating the link. 3) Remember to add the prefix: http://rocky.iona.edu:2048/login?url= 4) Example Result: http://rocky.iona.edu:2048/login?url=http://
1) Find an article by browsing or searching journals in ScienceDirect. 2) At the top of the summary and full text + links (but
not pdf) is the DOI of the article: The DOI number is a hyperlink.
Right-Click and choose copy shortcut/copy
link location.

Gale Infotrac
It is recommended you only create permanent urls to Gale Infotrac databases when you are on campus. 1) Find an article which has full text available. 2) Click the article title (not pdf link). 3) Add the off-campus prefix: http://rocky.iona.edu:2048/login?url=
Ingenta Connect
If the Electronic Journal Finder says the journal you want an article from is available in Ingenta Connect, it is recommended you see if the journal is alternatively available in Ebsco EJS.
JSTOR
1) Find an article by browsing or searching journals. 2) Look for the article's "Stable URL" on the
search result screen or in the citation information.

1) Find an article which has full text available. 2) Click the abstract/citation link (not pdf
link or article title). At the bottom of the citation information
look for the "Document
URL."
