College Communications
The Office of College Communications is responsible for all advertising and publications used to promote the College, and its programs and policies, to a variety of constituencies, both internal and external. College Communications serves as project managers and helps to produce printed materials for programs, events, recruitment endeavors, fund raising efforts and other occasions and achievements.

Please refer to these guidelines when producing items such as letters, advertisements, brochures, and invitations that represent the College. Please refer to the style guides when producing any Iona College documents.
Publication Procedures
From brochures and postcards to posters and recruitment materials, we can help you create your product. We will help you determine if your project can be produced in-house or requires outside vendors (designer and/or commercial printer).

If you would like to submit information to the Public Relations Office for external publicity, please fill out the News Release Request Form. The deadline for event publicity is five weeks prior to the event.
