You must fill out a Publication Request Form before work can commence on your project. The Office of College Communications will contact you within two business day of receipt of your form. Your project will be reviewed and a consultation scheduled if needed. A production coordinator will determine if your project can be designed and/or printed in-house or if it must be outsourced.
Depending on the complexity of your project, the production process for a publication can take anywhere from several weeks to many months. Sample timelines include: brochure/booklet: 4-6 weeks; invitation/program: 8-10 weeks (depending on event and mailing schedules); recruitment bulletin/view book: reprints: 8-12 weeks or new design: 8-12 months; poster: 4-6 weeks.
If you would like to submit information to the Public Relations Office for external publicity, please fill out the News Release Request Form. The deadline for event publicity is five weeks prior to the event.
