New Rochelle, NY, March 7, 2002 - Helen Bauer, PhD will present a paper at the Nineteenth-Century Studies Association Conference, in Savannah, GA, March 9-10, 2002. The paper is entitled "Constructing the Indian Mutiny: Flora Annie Steel's On the Face of the Waters."

In addition, Margo Collins, PhD has announced that three Iona College English majors - Fotini Karamboulis, Sara Gallagher, and Louisa Alves - will present papers at this year's Sigma Tau Delta English Honors Society Convention in Boise, ID, from March 14 to March 17, 2002.
