Iona Appoints Dr. Wayne Cunningham Dean of the Hagan
School of Business
New Rochelle, NY - President Brother James A. Liguori today announced Wayne Cunningham, PhD as the new dean of the Hagan School of Business at Iona College. "I am both delighted and comforted to have secured Wayne's leadership of Hagan. He has a solid understanding of, and a full commitment to, the Iona College mission," said Br. Liguori. Dr. Cunningham holds BS, MBA and PhD degrees in Business Administration from The Pennsylvania State University and has been a member of the faculty at The Arthur J. Kania School of Management at the University of Scranton for 17 years. During his tenure at Scranton, he also served as interim dean of the Dexter Hanley College for adult and non-traditional students for one year and as director of the MBA program for six years. The Hagan School of Business at Iona College is accredited by the AACSB - the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business - and is among the top 30 percent of business schools worldwide.
