Iona: One of The Princeton Review's "Best 143 Business
Schools"
New Rochelle, NY - The Iona College Hagan School of Business is one of the nation's most outstanding business schools, according to The Princeton Review. Featured in the "Best 143 Business Schools" 2005 edition, Hagan is one of only four business schools in the New York metropolitan area to be recognized as a premier business school by The Princeton Review. "The faculty of the Hagan School should be proud to be part of the team that achieved this signal recognition under the leadership of Nick Beutell. I am fortunate to serve such an outstanding group of academics," said Dr. Wayne Cunningham, dean of the Hagan School of Business. Iona's employment profile in the list highlights 96 percent of Hagan graduates are employed within three months of graduating. The ranking lists were compiled based on institutional data from the schools and surveys of students attending the schools in 2003-04. The Hagan School of Business is accredited by AACSB International - The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business and is among the top 30 percent of business schools worldwide. Numerous Hagan alumni are leading executives at top companies, including American Express, Citicorp, Texaco, Country Bank and Verizon. Iona was also recently listed in Princeton Review's Best Northeastern Colleges and among the top schools in the North according to US News and World Report's 18th annual "America's Best Colleges 2005" issue.
