Hagan School of Business to Host Joseph Deane '69 for its Inaugural 'Executive for a Day' April 12

New Rochelle, NY - Joseph Deane, managing director of Citigroup Asset Management and Iona Class of 1969, will lead a discussion regarding current trends in today’s fixed income marketplace as part of the Hagan School of Business “Executive for a Day” event at 6:30 pm in the Ryan Library Auditorium Tuesday, April 12. Deane, currently responsible for over $20 billion of client assets in fixed income mutual funds, institutional and high net worth, has more than 35 years of investment experience and created the family of tax exempt funds for E.F. Hutton & Co. Morning Star named Deane “Portfolio Manager of the Year” in 1996 and he is often quoted in The Wall Street Journal, Barron’s, Newsweek, Smart Money and Business Week. He has also offered his expert advice on CNN, CNBC, Bloomberg and ABC television programs.

The Hagan School of Business is accredited by AACSB – International, the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business, offering traditional and returning adult undergraduate students seven majors within the bachelor of business administration degree program. The master of business administration degree enables students to choose from five specializations.
