Former Xerox V.P. Named “Executive for a Day”
Edward Fleming: US Army - The Ties that Bind

April 18, 2007— New Rochelle, NY—Richard Ragazzo, former vice president of Finance for Xerox North America, will visit Iona College as the Hagan School of Business’ “Executive for a Day” on Wednesday, April 25. Ragazzo, a 1974 graduate of Iona, will present “The Role of a College Education in Launching a Successful Career” in the McGrath Room of the LaPenta Student Union at 6:30 p.m. Those who wish to attend should RSVP to Amy Torigian, (914) 637-7739.

Ragazzo, a Certified Public Accountant, began his career with KPMG Peat Marwick, before joining Xerox in 1979. At Xerox, he held a variety of executive management positions including assistant controller and corporate officer. He was responsible for worldwide financial planning and analysis. Prior to that, Ragazzo was the assistant treasurer and corporate officer, responsible for global capital markets funding, foreign exchange, banking relationships and cash management for the company. In December 2006, he retired from his long career at the Xerox Corporation.

Ragazzo earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Iona and his MBA in Business Administration from New York University. He is currently a member of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Audit committee of CenterBeam, Inc., San Jose, CA. He and his wife, Annalinda, reside in Pittsford, NY. They have two grown children.
