Spano, Westchester County Executive will speak at Iona College on Thursday, December 6, 2007 at 10:00 AM in the Ryan Library Lecture Hall on the topic of Westchester County’s Operation and Budgetary Process.  Students, faculty, administration and staff are invited to attend this unique opportunity to hear and talk to Westchester County’s leader.
