Iona College Celebrates Employee Service Achievement at the Annual Loftus Dinner

Congratulations to this year’s Iona College service award recipients. Each year Iona celebrates the long-term service of staff, faculty and administration at the Loftus Dinner and honors those members of the Iona family who have reach 20, 30, 40, and 50 year career milestones. The Brother Arthur A. Loftus Award is also presented to a Christian Brother for outstanding achievement. This year there were 18 honorees at the awards dinner held on April 18, at the Davenport Club in New Rochelle, NY. Guests were treated to a cocktail hour and full-course dinner as awards were presented by President Joseph E. Nyre, Ph.D., Sr. Patricia McGinley, SSJ, senior policy advisor and board secretary, and MaryEllen Callaghan ’05 MBA, director of human resources.
