Monday, December 01
9:00 am – 11:00 pm, All over campus, World Aids Day. A day wide of campus wide events.
7:00 - 9:30 pm, Doorley Auditorium, Sweet Charity Auditions.
8:00 pm, Robert V. LaPenta Student Union End Zone, Monday Night Football - Are you ready for some football? Come and watch on the big screen!
10:00 pm, Meditation Room of Loftus (4th floor) or the Rice Gael Club, Students Unplugged. Come with any ideas, themes, or thoughts you would like to discuss.

Tuesday, December 02
11:00 am - 1:00 pm, Robert V. LaPenta Student Union Lobby, Asian Marketplace - Bracelet Making & $1 Henna Designing
Noon, Robert V. LaPenta Student Union End Zone, Religions at Iona - Students from diverse traditions will share in some of the favorite elements of their religious traditions. They will discuss ways their families celebrate religious traditions and they will bring in “show and tell” items as well. Free Food!

4:30, St. Mary's Chapel, Friends of Edmund Rice - The Iona community is welcomed to have a free supper and engage in prayer, focused on Diversity.
5:00 - 7:00 pm every Tuesday, MC America - Listen in on the important topics regarding the Upcoming Election, Political Debates, Upcoming Hockey Season, MLB Playoffs, and NFL.

Wednesday, December 03
Noon, Robert V. LaPenta Student Union End Zone, Iona Mission: Mission Possible. What’s your mission? Make an Iona Mission trip your mission. Find out how you can travel around the world, specifically Mexico, Kenya and the United States
4:00 pm, In Front of Robert V. LaPenta Student Union, NYC Tree Lighting at Rockefeller Center. $5 – Buy your tickets in the Office of Student Development. If you wish to attend the tree lighting but you were not able to purchase a ticket through OSD, you are welcome to meet us at LaPenta and travel into NYC with our group! The more the merrier!
4:30 pm, Meet in front of McSpedon Hall, Home for the Holidays (Day 1). Join us as we celebrate with a lighting and blessing of the tree. Performances by Gael Dancers, Iona Cheerleaders & Iona Singers
7:00 pm, Robert V. LaPenta Student Union McGrath Room, Off-Campus Town Meeting. Come to this town meeting as we build partnerships with our neighborhood associations, police, town officials, and Iona administrators. Give us your feedback about off-campus life. Let us know if there are any issues we can work on with our community members.
8:00 - 11:00 pm, Robert V. LaPenta Student Union End Zone, Multicultural Bingo. Come play a game of BINGO using flags from the world! Free prizes and treats

Thursday, December 04
Noon, Robert V. LaPenta Student Union End Zone, The Stereotypes Project. How stereotyping can affect the way we communicate/relate to others’ and our everyday life.
11:00 am & 5:00 pm, Robert V. LaPenta Student Union End Zone, Cocoa for SOCA. Get a nice cup traditional Caribbean Drinks. $1.00 each
3:00 pm, Br. Kenneth Chapman Gallery, “The Color of Tradition: Herencia Milenaria” Closing Reception. Over 20 artists will represent the ceramic traditions from Mexico, Tonala, and Jalisco
4:30 pm, Robert V. LaPenta Student Union McGrath Room, Last Student Government Association Meeting - All are welcome!!
5:00 pm, Robert V. LaPenta Student Union End Zone & McGrath Room, Home for the Holidays (Day 2). Come learn about different Holiday Celebrations from all over the world. Then enjoy a BIG dinner that will represent a multitude of cultures from around the world. Special appearance from Santa Claus & Winter Concert by Iona Singers
9:30 pm, Robert V. LaPenta Student Union End Zone, Magazine Release Party. Diversity through writing

Friday, December 05
8:00 pm - Midnight, Rice Hall Gael Club, Winter Ball. Live Band, Dessert Buffet, Dancing and Fun. Iona Students: $5 Outside Guests: $10 Tickets at door: $10. Please buy your tickets at the Office of Student Development

6:00 pm, Robert V. LaPenta Student Union End Zone, Dinner & a Movie! - Enjoy your Saturday night with dinner and a movie with some friends!

Sunday, December 07
10:00 am, Please meet in front of the LaPenta Student Union, Radio City Hall Christmas Spectacular, This is a reminder for all who purchased tickets.
10:30 am, Arrigoni Center, Alumni Holiday Mass
7:00 pm, Arrigoni Center on Mayflower Avenue (across from Loftus Rear Parking Lot). Sunday Mass - Snacks are served at Arrigoni after mass sponsored by different clubs weekly.
7:30 pm, Rice Hall Gael Club, Iona College Gospel Choir. Come see the Iona College Gospel Choir sing. We rehearse on Sundays at 7:30 pm in the Gael Club of Rice Hall, where we sing songs of praise!!! We hope to see you!
