The Gerri Ripp Center for Career Development offers a variety of services for employers to recruit qualified students and alumni for full-time and internship positions. Our career advisors are available to discuss the appropriate strategy to meet your organization’s hiring needs.
Iona’s commitment to prepare students thoroughly to enter the job market, helps ensure that recruiters interview informed, qualified and interested candidates. The Center for Career Development helps students prepare for all aspects of the job search including, identifying appropriate opportunities, resume writing, videotaped practice interviews and organizational research.
There are two options to post job opportunities for Iona College students depending upon the type of position.

We welcome and value our employer’s assistance in helping to prepare our students for a variety of recruitment activities. Employers assist Career Development with conducting mock interviews, serving as a career information panelist, preparing students for meeting employers at the career expo and interview/resume workshops. Upcoming Events
The Explore Microsoft Internship Program is a 12-week summer internship designed for college underclassmen and offers the opportunity to experience working at Microsoft.
Candidates must be a freshman or sophomore enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program with a demonstrated interest in majoring in computer science or information systems.
