Discovering Strengths & Interests Identifying your skills, interests, personality type and work values will help you to find a more satisfying and rewarding career. Choosing a major is not always easy; it is important that you take the time to carefully research those majors that are of interest to you. Exploring Careers It is important to research and investigate various career fields prior to making a decision about a career.
