How do I access my GAELlink account?
Log onto iona-csm.symplicity.com/students and enter your username (Iona email address) and password.

If I don't know my password, how do I get it?
Go to iona-csm.symplicity.com/students, select the "Forgot My Password" tab and enter your complete Iona email address. A new password will be sent within a few minutes.

Where do I go to change my password?
After you have logged into GAELlink, go to the "Profile" link located on the home toolbar and click on the "Password and Preferences" tab.

How can I change my email address?
Current students are permitted to only use their Iona email address to access the GAELlink system. Once you are an alumni, you can stay connected to GAELlink by registering as an alumni with a personal email address.

Where do I sign up for Career Development workshops?
On the home toolbar, click on "Events" then select the "Workshops" tab.

Where do I search for jobs and internships?
Once you have updated your personal profile and academic information, you will then have access to view jobs and internship opportunities. Go to the home toolbar, click on "Jobs" then select either GAELlink Jobs or NACElink Network (explore both links for optimum results).

I tried to search for a job and my search came up blank - Why?
If your initial search does not produce a desired result, alter your search criteria. Think about searching all industries if your initial search produced a limited number of industries. Read through all of the job function options to identify other industries. New jobs and internships are added daily, so the results of your search could be different in a matter of hours.

How can I research a particular company?
To view a list of employers, click on the "Employers" link in the header. If you want to research a specific employer, do a quick search by entering the employer's name in the "Keywords" box located above and to the right of the employer list, then click the "Search" button.
