Serve as an Extern Practicum Program to train Masters and Doctoral level counseling and clinical psychology students from metropolitan area universities, including Fordham, Columbia, New York University, Yeshiva University, Iona College and Seton Hall

• Created, coordinate and serve on the Iona College Student Development Diversity Committee
• Iona College liaison to the Westchester Colleges Consortium on Racial Awareness (99/00)
• Conduct formal debriefing of critical incidents on campus (e.g. Death of student, suicide attempt, involuntary hospitalization, etc.) and submit formal report
• Create and conduct the P.A.S.S (Promoting The Academic Success of Student Athletes) Program for student athletes which includes ongoing workshops, team building activities, counseling and consultation with members of the Athletic Department
• Conduct Core Alcohol Survey
• Intensive training of Resident Advisors and Campus Ministers
• Created and produced The Iona College Success & Survival Guide
• Member, Westchester Colleges Consortium on Drugs and Alcohol and on LGBT issues
• Created and coordinated Wellness Week
• Created and coordinated Stress Free Zone
• Created and coordinated Mandatory Workshops for all First-Year Students on Diversity and AOD and Preventing Sexual Assault
