A personal wellness lifestyle is associated with good physical health, emotional and spiritual stability, improved personal relationships, as well as increased career satisfaction.
Wellness can be thought of as existing along a continuum from illness to wellness. Therefore, being well is more than simply being disease free. Being well suggests optimal health, aliveness, and energy as well as a profound sense of well-being.
