Increasing personal wellness involves 3 steps: awareness, education and growth. You must first be aware of what works and what doesn't work in your current lifestyle. Next, you need to educate yourself to new methods and strategies that enhance well-being. Finally, you must make a commitment to trying new ways of taking care of yourself, to stretch your limits, and give yourself permission to take healthy risks that will allow you to change. We invite you to explore all the ways you can raise your awareness and knowledge about how to live a healthier, more satisfying life. And then we encourage you to make a commitment to adopting a wellness approach to living and growing.
