About Immunization
New York State Public Health Law 2165 requires that full and part-time students submit proof of immunity to measles, mumps, and rubella within thirty (30) days of beginning classes.
Students must provide a copy of their immunizations prior to coming to Iona. A copy of the Health Evaluation Form is available for download, from the link on the left side of the page. Additional information on the vaccine and recommendations can be found on the website of the American College Health Association. Personal and medical information will be kept in confidence and will be released only with the written consent of the student. |
