Service and Outreach

PAX CHRISTI is an international movement committed to working for peace and witnessing to the peace of Christ. There is a local chapter of PAX CHRISTI on the Iona College campus which meets monthly.

The priorities of PAX CHRISTI are: the spirituality of nonviolence and peacemaking; disarmament, demilitarization and reconciliation with justice; interracial and economic justice; and human rights and global restoration. These goals are engaged through prayer, study and action.
