Great Gael Neighbor Initiative

The purpose of the Great Gael Neighbor Initiative is to improve community/student relations by recognizing student leaders who positively represent the ideals and values of the Iona mission in the greater New Rochelle community.

How do Community Members and Landlords Participate?

Community members and landlords can recognize a great Gael by filling out some basic contact information writing a brief description about why the Iona student is worthy of this recognition (how this person positively represents the Iona community in the greater New Rochelle community, how he/she lives the Iona mission, etc.). Why Participate?

Many students positively impact the greater New Rochelle community. Take a moment to recognize these individuals and encourage positive student behavior. Each nominee will receive a letter from Off-Campus Housing recognizing him or her for positively representing Iona in the community!
