Peace Outside Campus is an independent organization that completes a yearly independent safety inspection of off-campus rental properties at NO cost to landlords, students, or Iona College. Once certified this property will be advertized as being certified through Iona to students and parents, AND it can be advertized on the Peace Outside Campus website at the owner's request.
