About the Residence Halls at Iona College
There are currently seven housing options available to Iona's students. Five residence halls, an apartment complex, and an off-campus property. Our residence halls provide either community bathrooms or semi-private bathrooms, singles or suites, and co-ed floors and buildings. The apartments vary in description and sizes and offer the basic amenities of the average studio, one, or two bedroom apartment in the immediate neighborhood. The Marriott Residence Inn offers students an off-campus experience with superior amenities.

Loftus Hall
Loftus Hall is comprised of co-ed floors with single sex suites. There are suites of six and five in the building. The suites of six have two triple rooms and the suites of five have a double room and triple room. Each suite has a foyer area and a bathroom. There are also triple and double rooms stand-alone spaces with their own bathrooms.
Loftus is completely accessible to the physically-challenged student. Loftus Hall features 10 floors. |
Conese Hall
Conese Hall is comprised of co-ed floors with single sex suites. This hall features suites that house either seven or ten people.
The seven person suites have two bedrooms that sleep two people each and one bedroom that sleeps three people.
The ten person suites have two bedrooms that sleep two people each and two bedrooms that sleep three people each.
Conese Hall features 6 floors. Each room is equipped with a living room/kitchenette area.

South Hall
South Hall is comprised of co-ed floors with single sex suites. This hall features suites that house either seven or ten people.
The seven person suites have two bedrooms that sleep two people each and one bedroom that sleeps three people.
The ten person suites have two bedrooms that sleep two people each and two bedrooms that sleep three people each.
South Hall features 6 floors. Each room is equipped with a living room/kitchenette area.

Rice Hall
Rice Hall has four floors. The Rice Hall is home to the Gael Club , on the ground floor rooms are triples and quads. These spaces are for first year male students. On the first floor, there are single and double rooms for men. The second floor has two wings, with one for men and the other for women. The third floor has all women.
Rice Hall students share a common bathroom on their wing.
Rice Hall is home to the Gael Club on the ground floor.

Eastchester suites
These suites comprise multiple buildings and floors.
There are studio apartments, one bedroom apartments, and two bedroom suites available to upperclassmen. |
Marriott Residence Inn
The Marriott Residence Inn is located in New Roc City, approximately 1.2 miles from Iona College. Returning students are able to choose apartments that house groups of four or six students.
The spaces for four have one bedroom, a bathroom, living room, and kitchen. The spaces for six have two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, and kitchen.

Walsh Hall
Scheduled to be completed in early Fall 2012, the new residence hall will sit where Walsh Hall is currently located. The new residence hall will have three floors, each for a specific gender. There will be rooms for three and four students with a shared bathroom on each wing. There will be a kitchen on the first floor and common lounges on the second and third floors.
