Loftus Hall is the most populated residence hall on campus. It features 10 floors. Comprised of single-sex suites on co-ed floors, each suite includes one double bedroom, one triple bedroom, a foyer, and a bathroom. Suites house a maximum of five people. (Bathroom cleanliness is the responsibility of the residents living in the suite.) Wireless Internet, cable TV and telephone lines are available in each room. (One cable line per room).

Each floor has a lounge equipped with a kitchenette, microwave and cable access. The College's wireless network allows for Internet access anywhere in Loftus Hall.
