Inter-Residence Council (IRC)

IRC also represents the interests of residents on policy issues affecting the residence halls. All positions are filled through general elections of the IRC every April. IRC Meetings are held every Wednesday at 5:30 pm in conference room #1 on the second floor of the Robert V. LaPenta Student Union.

*The NRHH is the recognition branch of NACURH (National Association of College and University Residence Halls, the largest student run organization in the world!!). NACURH, as an organization, truly believes that recognition is a must in a strong Residence Hall community.

As such, NRHH exists to make sure that we don't forget to give those needed and more than deserved pats on the back. NRHH chapters exist on the campus of almost every NACURH affiliated school throughout the nation. Each chapter works to recognize those student leaders, faculty, communities and programs that make their campus special.

The NRHH chapter membership (per school) is restricted to 1% of students living in the residence halls. So, once inducted into NRHH, you can consider yourself a member of the Top 1% of residence hall leaders.
