Beta Chi Sorority

Beta Chi is a local sorority that was founded on Ionas campus in 1988 because of similar interests and attitudes. The sisters pride themselves on their dedication to one another as well as to the community around them. The girls make an effort to create a stronger presence in the Iona community through promoting loyalty, unity, friendship and knowledge.

Purple, Gray and White

Values: Beta Chi strives for success through strong academic standings and community service related activities. Additionally we pride ourselves on the life long bonds we have created with one another. Beta Chi stands to develop high moral and academic standard throughout Iona's organizations and the community through social and service events. Beta Chi encourages academic excellence, ethical standards, and self-esteem that will not only enhance the college years but also remain with each sister of Beta Chi forever.
