About WICR, Iona College Radio

WICR is a completely student-run organization. With no experience necessary, any student can become a voice of Iona College - have an open mind and have as much fun as you can.

WICR offers those with a passion for broadcasting and music an opportunity to share that passion with others. Each member of WICR has the ability to host, produce, and plan their own radio show! As a member of WICR you have the ability to help organize events and contribute to the growth of the station. If you have a passion for broadcasting, other opportunities present themselves throughout the year to become more involved. WICR also offers the opportunity to host and DJ events, all members will have a chance to DJ if they so choose. WICR offers DJ services to all clubs and organizations on campus.

The New WICR incorporates much of the same values as before, but with a whole new perspective. We offer a more organized and safe platform for you to be heard, off and on campus. All prospective DJ's will have the ability to advertise themselves and their show, contribute to the well-being to WICR, and voice their opinions. With The New WICR there is no right or wrong, we are all figuring it out together. The New WICR is revolutionizing the way we see Iona College Radio!

WICR (Iona College Radio) Mission Statement
