Gaelic Society

Iona College Gaelic Society is a community of students who celebrate the culture, music, and spirit of Ireland. The club happily celebrates in the company of others who share in Ireland’s rich traditions. The Gaelic Society marches in New York City’s annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade, sponsors live concerts with Irish music, and displays movies celebrating the Irish heritage. This organization also participates in campus events such as the homecoming club fair as well as the multicultural hospitality dinner night. The Gaelic Society provides the opportunity for students to meet others who celebrate Irish pride along with students of all nationalities.

All are welcome to attend the weekly meetings on Tuesdays at 12 noon in Doorley Room 118!
