Class Descriptions

Women In Art

Anonymous was often a woman – and not only in the area of poetry. The growing recognition of art by women – from the Medieval period into modern times – has led to appreciation as well as discovery. In these four sessions, we will look at women who made art and history.

Presenter: Shirley Radcliffe
Time: 11 a.m.– 12:15 p.m.

Writing Workshop

This class, a return to the Writing Workshop format LIRIC offered in past years, gives you the opportunity to turn your memories into memoirs and experiment with a variety of other writing genres in a nurturing atmosphere.

Instructor: Claire Lynch
