Student and Alumna Receive Honors for Work with Community TV

New Rochelle, NY (July 20, 2015) Iona College student Anthony Carlo ’15 and alumna Ashley Billone ’14 were recently honored at the Larchmont-Mamaroneck Community Television (LMCTV) at the Annual Award Night at the VFW Post 1156.

Billone won for Best Editor for a Local Live News Package for the segment “Spooktacular” and Carlo won for Best Overall Local Live News Package for the segment “Mamaroneck Shares Block Party.”

Both students are members of the Iona College Television (ICTV) club. Under the direction of faculty advisors, Nadine Cosby and Michael Witch, ICTV produces Inside Iona, a student-run show providing campus news, sports and entertainment.
