Iona College alumnus Randy Falco ’75, ’79MBA, ’01H, president and chief executive of Univision Communications Inc. was honored by the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences (NATAS) as this year’s recipient of the Trustees Award.
This Emmy Award from the Board of Trustees is NATAS’ highest honor bestowed on an individual and is presented to a person making a significant contribution to the world of television. The award was presented at a prestigious black-tie event in New York City at the Park Hyatt Hotel on Thursday June 4, 2015.
In addition to bestowing this prestigious award, the Academy announced the launch of a drive to establish a scholarship program in Randy Falco’s name. The scholarship will provide a gifted Hispanic student the opportunity to further their studies in the television industry.
