Iona Hosts Annual Homecoming & Family Weekend

NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. - Iona College celebrates its annual Homecoming and Family Weekend October 14-16 on its New Rochelle campus. Among the dozens of activities is a ribbon cutting ceremony marking the opening of the new North Avenue Residence Hall along with the School of Business' Advancing Ethical and Moral Leadership lecture series featuring Steve Forbes.
 
The Iona College and New Rochelle communities are invited to attend the ribbon cutting ceremony at 1:30 p.m., Saturday, October 15, celebrating the North Avenue Residence Hall at 690 North Avenue. Iona College president Joseph E. Nyre, Ph.D., New Rochelle mayor Noam Bramson and Iona students and faculty will participate in the event.
 
Steve Forbes, chairman and editor-in-chief of Forbes Media, speak on ethical and moral leadership in the business world at the Romita Auditorium in Ryan Library at noon and is open to the public. The School of Business' lecture series is in its second year.
