Career Development Host sessions of the Bloomberg Assessment Test (BAT). Since 2012, the Center for Financial Market Studies (CFMS) has sponsored and hosted at least two sessions per academic year of the Bloomberg Assessment Test for interested students. The BAT is a standardized test offered at 750+ top universities worldwide which is open to all undergraduate and graduate students. The results of the test are used by top employers to find best-fit talent for critical positions. The BAT is an important component of the CFMS partnership with Iona’s Geri Ripp Center for Career Development which helps to assist students in finding career opportunities. The CFMS has access to a number of resources that are critical for students doing research on companies and opportunities in business. Bloomberg Professional and Capital IQ are particularly helpful in networking for anyone looking to find professionals in financial services and other corporate functions.
