CS Student Wins 2017 Upsilon Pi Epsilon Scholarship Award
Jonathon Nosowitz ’18, a computer science student, won a 2017 Upsilon Pi Epsilon Scholarship Award. He has been selected on the basis of his academic record and extra-curricular activities from a large number of scholarship applications from students at both the undergraduate and graduate levels.
Upsilon Pi Epsilon is an International Honor Society for students, faculty and computing professionals who exhibit superior scholastic and professional achievement in the computing and information disciplines. UPE is a member of the ACHS (Association of College Honor Societies) and has chapters at over 270 colleges and universities in the U.S. and overseas. Jonathon was one of ten inductees that the Iona Chapter of UPE welcomed this year.
