Arts & Science Faculty Travel Authorization Form

This form is used when requesting funds from the Faculty Development and Travel (FDT) committee for travel during the current academic year. Please be sure to complete all required fields. When you submit the form, you will see a message noting that your submissions has gone through successfully. You will also receive an automated email acknowledgement that the form was properly submitted. If you do not see the message or get the email acknowledgement, please reach out to Peter Tascio at ptascio@iona.edu.
